Every movement in your body is done by muscles which in turn are controlled by the nervous system. The fastest muscles in the body are the ones in the eyelids. These muscles are so fast they allow you to blink five times in a second.

It processes blood through a filter system, removing impurities while managing nutrients such as converting carbohydrates into glucose. The liver manufactures substances the body needs such as bile for digestion and substances to help the body create hormones. The liver stores excess nutrients that it converts and supplies to the body when it needs it.
African American Inventor, Garrett H. Morgan saw a serious accident at an intersection, and he filed a patent for a traffic control device in 1922. Garrett’s traffic light, unlike others, had a third option instead of just “stop” and “go”. This intermediate light that signalled caution greatly decreased the number of accidents at intersections.
